Who We Are

Rippy Homes: Family Oriented, Local and Home-Grown

Rippy Homes has been building in the Greater Spokane area for over 10 years. We have built dozens of homes with many different goals in mind. Some of those goals have included: Using building methods that maximize size to cost ratios, incorporating building methods to increase energy efficiency (such as SIPs, ICFs and Passive House construction), and streamlining the selections process for maximum efficiency & communication.

We are always striving for better efficiency, more innovation, and higher quality. We are continually working to learn new and better ways of building. In the Spring of 2017, Cameron (owner and operator) earned his Certified Passive Home Builder credential. Passive House is a very high efficiency and low energy cost method of building, only a small number of builders in the area are Passive House Certified.

Our goal is to offer a full service building team, with expertise in not just building methods and materials, but also in finishes and style. We are incredibly fortunate to work with a fantastic team.

Certified Renovator with Northwest Independent Contractor's Association (NICA)
The purpose of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) is to minimize exposure from lead-based paint dust during renovation, repair, or painting activities. Common renovation activities like sanding, cutting, and interior demolition can create hazardous lead dust and chips by disturbing lead-based paint, which can be harmful to adults and children. Firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes, child care facilities and schools, must be certified by the Department of Commerce and use certified renovators who are trained by an approved training provider to follow lead-safe work practice.
